This charming apartment for 4–6 people is in a typical Wallis house, built 1716, in Weiler Giessen. Carefully renovated to retain the traditional character. Besides two separate bedrooms and a living room (with TV/WLAN), the apartment offers a commodious and fully-equipped kitchen with direct access to a small covered terrace. The apartment can be heated with an electric heater or a Giltsteinofen (soapstone), the kitchen with a Schwedenofen. Firewood is provided. There is one parking place at the house, and further parking can be found nearby.
Below the house, near the river, is a large lawn with BBQ, fenced-in pond, picnic table and park benches. An ideal place to linger and relax, and safe for children to play.
